So Ford just straight up asks you to post a Ford Badge to your social networks (no tricks or incentives)

In a refreshingly simple social initiative, Ford asks fans and owners to just go ahead and post a social badge to user social networks. Just because. Curious to see metrics and results. In a time when we’re over-engineering social passalong and advocacy, I can appreciate just a simple ask. *Not for all brands, I know, but big, ubiquitous and scale brands like Ford likely could get hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of impressions just from simply asking all their fans to do it.
